At the request of the company MAISONS DU MONDE and by Order dated 5 December 2011, the Presiding Judge of theTribunal de grande instance (Higher Court) of Rennes (France) enjoined Martin Helme and the company Webfusion Limited to shut down the website accessible via the domain name "maisondumonde.com" and ordered the transfer of this domain name for the benefit of the company MAISONS DU MONDE.


The domain name "maisondumonde.com" has been transferred for the benefit of the company MAISONS DU MONDE on the 24th January 2012.


An appeal against the Order of the Tribunal de grande instance (Higher Court) can be introduced
